Takes advantage of women. After agreeing upon a price for undercoating, the owner of the business convinced my wife, who was the one who dropped it off, that the undercoat would not stick unless he did a $35 wash of the vehicle...she reluctantly agreed as she felt she had no choice. When I questioned him about it, he hid behind the fact that she agreed and would not take the charge off the bill - total scam artist and took advantage of my wife. I highly recommend you avoid this crooked business.
