i recently went to buy simply sage accounting software, then in 20 min i went to returned it bcs my manager also bought that already...the chinise guy (manager) and some indian fob salesperson cheack my box and said i opened the item, then after long argument i came back with out return it.i call custermer care and complained no use at all...the funny thing i registered this software with simply sage in online and i told them i want to return it ..they sent me a cheque with in 2 business day..now i have free software and also i got my money back...the reason im posting that manger is a big time fraud he paly with stallen cradit card and stuff...but he doesnt want to give a good custermer service for ppl who is going to buy with cash..

I was sold two HDMI cables, only needed one? waited six days for deliver, tv stand was destroyed in transit, returned complete package to store called costomer servive spent half hour on my cell got pissed of, will attend store next day and renegotiate, all purchases are on my future shop cred card

RECOMMENDED ME TO BUY 55 INCH SAMSUNG SMART TV WHICH WAS OF
LESS PRICE THAN THE ONE MAKE MODEL I WAS THINIKG. BY SELLING
THAT HE WOULD HAVE EARNED MORE COMMISSION, BUT HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT PRODUCT I GET THAN HIS COMMISSION.HE HELPED TO LOAD IN THE CAB EVEN THOUGH CABBIE THOUGHT IT WAS NOT ;POSSIBLE. THANKS .

As a general rule, Future Shop is not my favourite place to shop. However, we recently shopped, at the 1141 Kennedy Road location, for a toner replacement for our printer . Our sales clerk was called Amit. He was terrific. He was especially friendly.He knew what we needed, and gave us great advice. In fact, he made it sensible that we purchase a new printer altogether. We had been to othe electronics shops,and were always told simply that the toner we needed had to be obtained on-line. So thank you Amit. We are enjoying our great new printer!

Future shop customer service at Kennedy Road is amazing. As a customer, they are very helpful and their service is exceptionally great and fast. They were out of stock on one of the Televisions at once and placed a order for me. The order came within two days and I was contacted. They threw in a free $20 gift card because they were out of stock.
Managers are great there. When you need help, they are there for you. I always left the store happy. Managers do know me as I am a customer there for many years.
The store is also very clean and bright right when you enter. Employees always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome.
This Future Shop store is on top of my Christmas list. :)
