My only complaint is that he's often all booked up. I guess I'm not the only one who thinks he's great. The staff is awesome too!

I recently moved to Dr. Hao's care and got the opportunity to get the initial examination done.

I usually would never give a Rating 5 to anyone.
And the maximum I would give to anyone would be 4.
I am rating 724 Dental as 3 as my experience with the dental office is limited to only 1 visit.

But I found the staff (especially) Suzie very comfortable to interact with. Dr. was very gentle and gave a lot of attention. He was comfortable to interact with and relatively frank.

I would keep him as my dentist - at least for now :)

This recommendation is long overdue. I have been a patient of Dr. Hao's for a few years and the moment he completed his initial exam I knew I had found a dentist who not only does incredible work but who loves his career, his positive energy is contagious! Dr.Hao's techniques are cutting edge and very patient friendly. Every experience I have at 720 Dental is a good one and I walk out knowing I have a healthier smile :)

The team at 720 is amazing, great thorough work and a tone of fun to see.

I highly recommend Dr. Hao to anyone who hasn't found a dentist they look forward to seeing.

Staff are pleasant, as is the dentist but bottom line is, the staff don't know what they are doing. They forget appointments and information, they don't inform dentist of critical information. Perhaps they are too busy--I don't care. Hire more staff or get people who can handle the job. Dentist is way to sensitive as well--can't and won't take any criticism even when he knows he made a serious mistake that could have cost you a tooth.

Dr. Hao, Robyn, Suzy and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! I have never had such a pleasant visit to the dentist. I began with Dr. Hao about five years ago and even though I moved out of the area three years ago, I still continue to go to Dr. Hao.

Dr. Hao takes the time to meet with you each time you visit (even if it is just for a cleaning) and he really reviews your needs. He is available all of the time by email or phone and he takes care of each one of his patients like family.

My husband and children all go to him now and we adore him.

The entire staff is wonderful. I have had to get a cleaning with my two very young boys and the staff have helped keep the boys entertained. I never want to change dentists and I would highly recommend 720 Dental.

Dr. Hao is an amazing dentist. He takes his time with you and explains what he is going to do. He has this in mouth camera where he takes pictures before, during, and after his work so you can see the problem, and how he went about fixing it. I enjoy the whole atmosphere of the office. All the staff are amazing!

Definitely would recommended him to anyone looking for a dentist

Went for a consultation (as I'm a new patient of Dr. Hoa's), and a teeth cleaning.
The staff was great and Dr. Hoa was very thorough with me. Even though I received some bad news, he made me feel very comfortable and did everything he could in assisting/reassuring me through the next steps of the process.
Definitely going back and recommend this place to anyone seeking a new dentist in the city (just like me)!

I can't say enough about Jermaine!! He lets, no, insists I listen to my iPod while he works. And the TV, which I don't watch, but its still nice to have that option! Other dentist's I've gone to don't explain and don't take the time to make sure understand fully the procedure(s) your going through...not Dr. Hao! I never feel like an idiot for any question(s) I ask. Such a relaxed and friendly environment! And its very close to my place which is an added bonus!

After a few visits with Dr. Jermaine Hao, and many with Robin - one of their very talented and friendly hygienists, I can confidently say that I have never had such pleasant experiences visiting the Dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Jermaine Hao, Robin and everyone else at 720 King west Dental.
