Drove to Orfus Road for the Shopping Channel Outlet store only to find out it was closed. Friends and I were very disappointed. Never left with out making a purchase. :-(

I have always enjoyed my experiences at your store on Orfus Rd. however on a day off I drove there (150 kms) to find that
the store had been closed.
Is it possible that there will be another location ? If so can it be publicized possibly on TSC channel.
Very disappointed to say the least!

Moving out of town I am not a regular customer to the Orfus Road outlet any longer. Disappointed after finally making it back to find the store closed down. Anyone know if they relocated?

I too bought a set of the bliss lights. It not only didn't work but blew my breakers. I was very disappointed. Drove 300 kms to get to outlet only to have this happen. I have been a customer to the shopping channel since day one.

I am 62 years lady, who happened to visit the shopping channel store at 100 a orfus Rd.It was my not first time, but LAST visir!After 20-25 min. in the store, I feel unwell and ask to let me use wasroom room in emergency. I not only being refused, I been put in position of humiliating myselph and beg repetedly to open the door or I will trow up on the floor!Only then, manager run to open door for me! It is inposible to belive, but even in this situation, she refused let me have privaty and put chair betveen the door!; You cannot use wasroom!; I asked her to let me used chair for a few minutes, she refused, on basis, that may be not comfortable for other customer! I am not street lady!I am professional, well dressed and happened to came to the store to spend a few hundres dollars. Even, if I am street lady,it is inpossible to belive in such behavior. How it possible to have THIS KIND BEHAVIOR human being in position of managment?

I've been to shopping Channel many times, but this time was like no other and it really gives you an idea of what customer service is really like.

I had just purchased a hot dog, because why not? There are hot vendors everywhere and it's raining, it's not like I'm going to eat outside. However I wasn't about to eat my hot dog in the store. I had just walked in about to inquire about some boots that my wife was hassling me for.

Before I even had a second to speak the manager of the store was shouting at me to leave immediately because I had a hot dog in my hand. This is fair, however some stores aren't particular to this sort of thing, so I asked to see the sign because I didn't see one coming in. She gave me such a grimace, I felt like I was a child being punished and that's not how you should feel coming into a store that wants you to spend money on their product.

I guess she was too busy, despite not doing anything other than talking to an employee, in which she told to show me the sign. Now arriving at the display the employee could not find the sign and in fact I had located it before her. The employee's don't know where their own policies are, that's sad.

Finally as I'm leaving, I over hear the manager talking about me "I can't believe he actually asked that?" Are these the types of Managers that run stores these days, I fear for your future trips to the Shopping Channel on Orfus Road.

Take your business elsewere, anywhere... My wife will probably scorn me, but It's not worth the disrespect I faced and you shouldn't have to worry about people talking behind your back upon your leaving.

Well we lucked out when we happened to stop by the outlet store. yellow tag sale , now 1/2 off again. great deal so we thought. With the rush of people , we were able to pick up a couple of sets of the Bliss lights, (holiday lighting ) great price , only $25.00 , you are asked not to open the packages, but next time I will open all electronics or electrical components and look for a power plug and test out . for what I thought was a great deal turned out to be a n expense to me . 1 of the lights does not work. so I am out $25.00, I don't want my money back , but I definitely want an exchange. Put it this way . I am not happy , my wife a diehard shopping channel guru ..... is pissed.

I got a backpack and side bag for 5 bucks each which the cutest designs on it ( kinda like those asian anime type patttern things). From the brand le sportsac which is really really expensive and good quality.
