Michel Whelan gave me work from August 2006 to November 2006 and NEVER paid me. He still owes me $3,100 plus about $500 in interest, court and bailiff fees. I have a small claim court judgement against him. He will promise you all kinds of payment methods, but he never keeps his word.

I did work for Michel Whelan and he never paid me. He owes me $5,000 and I have a Small Claims Court judgement against him, but he has now declared bankrupcy for the third time so I won't be able to have that judgement executed. Stay AWAY from this man!

This company is to be avoided at all costs by freelance translators. This crook will make you every kind of promise, but he doesn't pay. He always sends NSF cheques. He has been sued several times in court and he has always lost. He is now the object of a police investigation. Please do a search on the Internet with his name "Michel Whelan" and you will learn more about this man.

I worked for this man in December 2006 until January 2007. He owes me $4,000. I won my case in Small Claims Court, but he declared bankrupty, yet again... He has 2 personal bankruptcies under his belt and one corporate bankrutpcy.
