I had bought my stroller and numerous gifts at this very very high end children's furniture store and so had no hesitation in buying my crib from them as well. We thought we were buying a high quality, safe, problem free crib and when we ran into problems with the product and followed up wit the store, not only were they not helpful (of course we could always return it, no refunds of course and buy a more expensive crib) - they were downright rude, somehow blaming us for the mishap and then of course they did the famous, we will look into options for you and follow up with you, and they never called us back. It was an awful experience and I would highly recommend that if you care about quality service, you shop elsewhere!

Just read the post above and wanted to add my personal viewpoint to balance things out a bit. I've had several fantastic customer service experiences with ella and elliot. Last Christmas, I had an issue with a product I ordered (the manufacturer's fault) and the folks at the store jumped through many hoops to resolve it for us. It took a while and they kept us in the loop along the way with phone calls to follow up. They were gracious and helpful. I have since returned many times and send my friends there. Imo, their kind of helpful service really makes the store stand out from the generally cool and aloof treatment you can sometimes get in stores. Sorry you are so frustrated; my experience was the total opposite.
