I Went into Act 2 to get something designed, after i went back and forth with there designer for a few days it took only a week and i got my piece. the customer service was great, always so nice and you have the feeling of family walking in there. enjoyed my experience very much. i find there quality and price very good. and i shopped around you can assure that. go in and check for yourself

I shopped there for years and had things custom made . I always trusted them as they seemed to be honest. Upon taking my custom made (4) pieces to 3 other jewellers not only did they show me under the light that the stones were black and low quality but the setting as told to me by 3 different jewellers was substandard work. I had tried to resolve this with the store itself but instead of trying to correct the work I was basically told I was an idiot. The people working there always appear nice until you don't buy or want them to fix what they didn't do correctly in the 1st place..as the saying goes BUYER BEWARE and it fits at this store. The store is jammed with people cleaning their jewellery for FREE and that is where they belong..Silver and cleaning jewellery.

After bringing my broken bracelet and watch to act 2 i didn't no what kind of service i was walking into. after being approached immediately and getting help right away the service was great. they repaired my bracelet with no problem and the price wasn't to much. there is no where i would rather shop then act 2, i would reccomend it to anyone looking for jewellery for a gift or for repairs.

Saul is amazing, I was once a Tiffany & Co. only girl but now I'm smart enough to shop at ACT II.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from there, it's more beautiful than anything I could ever imagine. And we shopped around, trust me, I know.

We recently visited Act II to replace my wifes engagment ring which she had lost some time ago. The people at Act II were extremely friendly and helpful. Within a couple of weeks she had her new engagement ring. And yes I would marry her all over again!

I had some jewellery designed and made by this store. The staff were the most knowledgeable people and helped me design a ring in the most beautiful style. I am not the easiest customer. I change my mind, am not clear on my wishes and then want changes when it's done. I was dealt with in the most patient manner and eventually I had to admit they were right.

Sol is the owner and he and Arlene and Howard have run the place for longer than I care to admit I can remember. They remember everyone's name and everyone's "story" and are glad to have you drop in for a coffee and a chat. Every time I drop by, I feel like I am visiting family.

They have the most beautiful jewellery and in the event you can not find exactly what you like, they can make you practically anything else.

I most heartily recommend this place to anyone shopping for jewellery!
