Purchased a shower door in December for install in February. When the contractor realized there were wrong parts and missing parts it took until June to get all the right parts I would never buy from Fleurco again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
I should have purchased from Home Depot, better customer service!

We have had two shower panels explode. Yes, literally explode. Glass doesn't seem to be tempered because it leaves shards and fine dust-like glass in addition to the cubes. One panel exploded during install, which Fluerco through Kohler replaced at no cost. The second panel exploded after install while our cleaning lady was sliding open a panel. She was left holding the handle after the entire panel shattered and fell to the floor. We have decided that the glass is defective and not safely tempered. We are trying to reach the supplier for a full refund.

We bought a sliding shower door and frameless shower. They claim the microtek technology has certain advantage, but we do not see any difference from an ordinary glass. The sliding shower door design is terrible, water keep coming out under the sliding door due to its poor quality rail. The frameless shower is not really frameless but has two metal strips. The worst thing is that the return panel is said to be 42 inches but in reality 39 inches. Even though they said it on its website in fine print, they should not claim it to be 42 inches. The return panel is discarded and need to buy another one. An advice to other, buy a custom made showers instead of kits like this. Kits like this are problematic no matter what the manufacturer claims. Very bad experience with this renovation.
