To start off, I've never been much of a karaoke man myself. The only times I sing are when I'm in the shower and when I'm cooking .

So I was looking through some old photos tonight when I discovered an evening that took place in may of 2006. IT starts like this. Some of my friends who have a band in Victoria are in town to play a show at the bar Clintons so myself and some of my other friends go to the show and have a wonderful time the band plays flawlessly. After the show we all decide that we need to catch up since it's been awhile since we saw our friends who moved out to Victoria. Luckily for us right above Clintons is one of the real gems of toronto. You guessed it! XO KARAOKE.

So we head up and book a room. we cram about 8 or 10 people into this private room complete with big tv, leather couches, special spinning light ball and all the drinks we can order. I also recall that we were able to smoke in the room I don't know if that's regular practice or if it's illegal but we were smoking I recall. Their catalog was pretty extensive and included all the karaoke classics like my personal all time favorite "drop it like it's hot". I could keep writing but I have a boat load of photos that should sum up the night.
