I did need some information on how to get a special design small wheels bike (for adults )and i asked some sales person a few questions about it ,the result was deplorable .He was not only not knowledgeable but also very feisty and impertinent .I left the store very disappointed and for sure i will not return there.

If you're in need of a new bike, this is the place to come. The staff are very knowledgeable, honest and eager to help. This is not Canadian Tire quality, and so be prepared to up your budget. Adult bikes start in the mid $400's. But once you purchase one of these bikes, and see how well they perform, you'll question why you had been riding around on that $200 bike form C.T. all these years. For an extra fee (around $60) you can get a lifetime repair/tune plan. Well worth the extra upfront money, when you consider just one tune up can cost $40. I've just returned with my bike that I purchased 2 years ago for a tune up and had a question about shifting gears. A staff member hoisted my bike up on a stand and demonstrated how the gears and shifting worked. He must have spent 15 min with me, and I wasnt' even buying anything! Also the best place to come for skis- same reasons - good quality and great service.
