I needed a trans vaginal ultrasound. I called and they were able to take me right away. The receptionist was very nice. I am disabled and they accommodated my special needs fully. The technician was so totally professional and very knowledgeable and skilled. He was patient with me and respected my dignity. He told me step by step what he was doing and why. He explained the procedure fully so I would understand everything. My partner was allowed in the room with me for support. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered very knowledgeably and skillfully. He didn't rush the procedure but took his time. Made me feel like I was an important patient. I highly recommend this clinic and its superb staff.
