My family lives in Wiarton. I don't. Wenda & Cathy have always pulled through for me, with my last minute shopping. Great shop! Great owners!

I have known the owners of this business and have used them for many years. Formerly known as "Balloon Headquarters" the Painted Turtle is run by Wenda and Cathy, who are two great women who have always been able to meet my exact needs at the last second for any party needs I have had.
I get large arrangements done and they have a huge selection. There store is full of neat gifts, crafts, stones, bead works, native crafts, jewellery, frames... the items are endless.
If your a last minute shopper like i am, then check these girls out. They have done great arrnagements for me and I would recommend them to anyone. I will also continue to use them for years to come.
Also at Halloween they rent a huge bus full of Halloween costumes, so they cater to just about every party need you could have.
