I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant in my life! The waitstaff was rude, condescending and belittling!

This is one of my favourite spots in Toronto. The service is excellent and consistent and the food is awesome--my favourite is the chicken wrap with sweet potato fries.
Great place to hang out and have a fun night, especially when the downstairs bar is open--you may even go home with some moose swag!

I just went there a few weeks ago after taking a leave for a couple years. It looks sooooooo much better than it used to! I like the rock music and big screen sports. Lots of visual distraction. Service was great that night....beer was cold. I didn't eat, but my friends said their wings and burgers were tasty.
I usually go to Jacks next door, but would easily come back to the Loose Moose - better service and not so cheesy.
Highly recommended!

I went to the Loose Moose on Sunday night to watch the SuperBowl. The place was packed with equal amounts of both Patriot and Giants fans. They played Rock music during commercials which I thought was fantastic considering they were showing Canadian commercials and not the American ones so I was happy to rock out to AC/DC.. Zeppelin...Chili Peppers.. Nirvana..We sat next to a painted wall where patrons can write their name or leave a message. It was cool.
We both ordered bacon cheese burgers with fries. Of course I ordered mayo on the side. The burgers had real bacon, real cheddar, delish mustard with the mustard seeds and they put 2 huge onion rings on the burger.. very unusual but so yummy. My burger was so big that I had to cut it in half and i took off the tomatoes like I always do :) We had such a great time! I must go back again..

I don't live in Toronto obviously but I have had 'the' best party nights @ this bar in earlier years! It's just one of those bars where everyone is alot of fun, the drinks were reasonably priced when we were there & after the nite we spent @ the Loose Moose, the old adage of "What happens in Toronto, stays in Toronto..." was definitely most appropriate to say after spending a very long, fun evening here! Glad to hear you had alot of fun there too Jennifer! :)
