Initial e-mail on website to book this limo. informed them this was for family dinner reservation for party of ten for our 50th. wedding anniversary. When they provided written itinerary they noted the “occasion unknown”. Didn’t instil confidence as struck us as unprofessional and uncaring. When limo. arrival 10 minutes late, phone call to their office resulted in employee saying our limo had flat tire en route to our pickup and dispatching different limo and driver. When I questioned why someone couldn’t have phoned me, the designated contact, to inform us of this departure from our contract. Employee simply regurgitated his initial response. The limo finally arrived some 20 minutes later than agreed upon pickup time. I would not recommend the integrity or business acumen of this company. This was the first limo ride for my wife and me and certainly wasn’t a good start to our family celebration. The fact that there hasn’t been a follow-up communication from them to rate their service indicates to me a lack of confidence in providing quality service for the money spent on them for the approximate 15 minute one way ride from our residence to the restaurant.

My opinion of 5 star is 0 stars. This company is a dark spot in the Winnipeg transportation industry.
Sneaky, very dishonest management and drivers looking to rob you at every step. Dirty, unmaintained old junk cars. Unreliable. Turns out the owner is also implicated in the illegal drug business. Very dangerous. Do not risk using this service for any reason. Winnipeg needs to get rid of this terrible company.

We always have a good time with 5 Star Limo. The service provided both on the phone and by the driver is very friendly and for a reasonable and affordable price as well.

Everything was on point with these guys! They were friendly and helpful on the phone and the service was terrific on the day of my event. The driver was also on time, courteous, and congenial and the rates were reasonable.
