Shocking abuse from the people who work for Transpacific Realty Advisors, so much so that it came right down to terrorizing me. Marj Buzikievich is about the least friendly and warm person one could meet, and she not only bullies tenants, she lies for merely not succumbing to her bullying in the first place. They give out false breach notices and literally abuse their tenants. Marj calls the police when she wants to win, and she does this often to tenants. She can't seem to speak properly to anyone. She is a nasty, nasty woman who should not be allowed to work in any position where she can abuse her powers as much as she does.

This is the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They do not keep the building clean, they are slow to make repairs, if they are done at all. And when you call to try and get something done about any issues in the building, prepare for nothing to be done, at best, and at worst, to be insulted. There is a culture of disrespect for tenants at this company. Most of the good tenants move on, to other buildings that are PROFESSIONALLY managed, because those in their care are not.
