The service I received at Assure 57 Rutherford location was amazing I got the accident on Sept 09 on the 10 I went there for them to look at the damage and send to my insurance an estimate of how much was going to cost the repair it got approved and on Sept 15 I left my car for repairs and the rental car was there waiting for me and by Sept 16 I got it back super fast service. Very friendly staff ,professional I'm super happy and please with the service I received. Good job Assure Brampton

My Insurance Company recommended me this body-shop. Outlook of the shop is impressive. First meeting with the manager and staff convinced me that I was at a right place. This impression however evaporated soon. They are dreadful in honoring commitments. In my case they not only took longer than the required time for repairs but each time the manager and his staff came up with the new excuses. Ironically, none of the explanations and excuses of the manager and staff ever matched. I wonder why didn't they conduct meetings to come up at least with the same lame excuse. Their work is not better than any other body-shop. Their so called technical specialists also inflicted few dark spots on my new car's plastic rocker panel and one of the expert stunned me by explaining that these were preexisting rust marks .The manager after argument agreed to touch them up but the touch up was also substandard.

They get a ZERO rating from me!! My car came back with so many other issues and carstar is to blame! I had to send my car back and forth to them 4 times!!! At first when you walk in you feel like your in great hands, until you get your car back and notice all the mistakes made by their workers. I regret even choosing them to work on my car! I will let all my social media friends and family know NEVER to put trust in this bodyshop.

I was t-boned by a snow plow on the drivers side A pillar,needless to say my Subaru was pretty torn up. The fender,door and mirror were totaled. Insurance gave me 2 choices Assured or carstar. There were no reviews online for carstar so they didn't get my business.
The staff at Assured were great to work with. They assured me they had worked on all makes and models. They also took the time to keep me informed as to their repair progress. After getting a chance to look at their work in the noon sun all I can say is WOW did this just leave the factory. There are 2 specks of dust that settled in the clear coat but they can be buffed out in seconds. The paint job is so well blended it's invisible and very well matched to the rest of the car with its 4 year old paint.
They will always have my business for any future repairs insurance claim or not. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
