Dan Frenette gained most of his experience working as the on-tour sous chef for the Rolling Stones as well as assuming the role of head chef at the Pemberton Music Festival. Brent McClenahan handles the logistics and operations of service for The Food Dudes. The Food Dudes know how to throw a party. Not only is the food out of this world but they got some of the coolest staff including the chef!

I have been to several caterings done by the food dudes and they always deliver some amazing suprises. They made these lamb lollipops once that were to die for, as well as a really good raw tuna dish. Soo delicious, can't wait to go to another event done by them, or host my own :)

Pecan and Brown Sugar crusted Lamb Lolly-pops...mmmmmm...how about the Pine-nut, mint and yellow sugar crusted Lamb Lolly-pops...it's a toss-up!
