My husband and I just had breakfast here for the first time...great food! I would definitely recommend this place.

Got food poisoning after eating in the restaurant. Thought I should report it so that they could look into so it wouldn't happen to others. Manager didn't care. Said he would call back and never did.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and I am never disappointed. No matter what dish I order (Jerusalem toast, omelette, pancakes, etc.) the presentation is always beautiful and the food delicious! Service is quick and friendly and. Even though on weekends you will wait in line for a bit for a table, it is definitely worth the wait in the end! Afterall, there is a reason why it is so busy to begin with! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Weekdays are a bit less busy if you are looking to come on a day that it is more quiet.

We will never eat at this estabishment again. Even if we were paid too. Arrived at 11:45am. We were the third party in line to be seated. The 2 parties ahead were both parties of 2. We were a party of 4. The hostess informed us that we would be seated in @ 15 minutes. The party of 2 at the front of the line was give a table of 2.
The next couple in front of us got a table of 4. We were now at the front of the line. I asked the waitress why she gave the the party the 2 the table for 4 as a table of 2 had come up at the same time. She had no explaination. Thus the party of 2 behind us got seated ahead of us. The first bump. It was now 12:30pm. A party of 6 was behind us.
They spoke to the manager and guess what they put a table for 2 and 4 together and we got bumped a second time. How humilating, we were disgusted. We left. Went to Centre Street Deli, were seated in no more then 2 minutes had food at our table in less then 15 minutes. Now that is service. What a Bagel, what a horrible experience one which my family and I will never forget.

Erin23.n49.ca and I were shooting a video at the new Marble Slab creamery in thornhill and afterward I needed to eat some lunch. I was hungry but not for steak something a little lighter. So She suggested the what a bagel.
I had never been to this location but was really impressed there is a large interior eating area, and I say large because the ceilings are high and the windows are huge, It's a beautiful space. Our server was quick and even helped me decide what to order a task most servers roll their eyes at.
We both had sandwiches, I was really happy with mine, it had some egg on it and was really good. The price was reasonable and the service and food were great. What more can I say? thumbs up.
