Jamie and Dave estimated our garage doors and front door. The job was given to Dave who had 35 years of experience. Our beautiful and expensive front door is a mess!! No call back from Jamie. Would not recommend.

Hello Gloria,
It’s unfortunate that your door did not turn out as planned. I would like to clarify that I did not do this job. I gave you an estimate but told you that I would not be able to do the job as I was going on holidays with my family. I made a recommendation that you could sub contract another painter that helps me out occasionally. You used this painter privately to do the job and you paid him the full amount for the work once he was finished.
I did not have a contract for this job, this job was not run through my payroll, and I did not receive any money for this job. I did not work on this job.
I did phone you back, I was sympathetic to your situation, and I kindly offered a solution which would enable you to get a full refund for the job.
You made no attempt to contact the painter that did the work and have not allowed him a chance to solve the problem but instead have chosen to write a bad review about my business.
For over 15 years my business has been built %100 percent on referrals and word of mouth communication which has lead to only satisfied customers and all 5 star reviews online.

This is my second project done by Jaime Charest at Fresco Painting here in Kelowna.
His work is clean, tidy , prompt and professional.
I would highly recommend him !

Fresco painting was referred to me through a friend at work, and I hired Jamie Charest to paint the interior of my house. He gave me a reasonable quote and did an impeccable job in less time than estimated. I strongly recommend this business due to his attention to detail, high quality workmanship and competitive rate.
