I bought both a bedroom set and sofa - both were defective. When I complained about the varnish coming off the bedroom set I was told to buy a touch up marker from Home Depot. Considering there were marks on every piece - night stand, chest of drawers and bed frame I found this ridiculous. The couch took close to two months to be delivered and was ripped on one side. When the salesman finally contacted me he insisted on coming to my house within 1/2 an hour to inspect the sofa - I was out of town at the time. When I asked to set up another time I didn't hear back from him. I continued to go to the store to try and get some result - well nothing!
I think the store has gone out of business for non payment of rent at Eglinton Square - or at least that is what the notice on the door implies. Good thing now another consumer won't be taken in by them.

Both in December 2012 I bought a corner sofa bed is only 4 months and the matress is garbage the coils are so notable that if you rest you hand on it it will hurt. I won't recommend this store to any body their products are lousy as their customer service too with Lucy in their head.

Wrting this on behalf of one of my friend . Had bought some furniture from this store , item delivered was damaged . Now your on your own , at this point they will not do much to help you in this situation . You bug them too much then they will show you their attitude . I totally agree with the reviews once they get your cash , any problem you are on your own .

If you want to avoid stress and headache , avoid this place . I agree once they get your cash , any problem with the furniture you will have problem dealing with them .

I've bought several items from this store, but my last purchase was the biggest one so far, which was a Top of the line Canadian made bedroom set + King Sealy mattress, The service they gave me was Top-notch from the beginning when I dealt with the Sales gentleman (David), until delivery day.
All the furniture pieces look amazing and we love our new mattress.
I would recommend this store to anyone who likes to get a great deal without sacrificing quality and service.
This is a family business so they don't work with big mark up like the big stores around the area...
I always go to the Eglinton Sq. location, but now I was told that the Briddlewood store is under David and Craig (his dad and owner I belive... )management, so I make sure to pay them a visit at some point this year.
