Feel like I've been robbed. We've used Next Rain Irrigation for a number of years for Spring startup and Fall blowouts and have never had a issue. A "technician" came to our home to fix two solenoid valves - he was there a total of 30 minutes - we were charged a Call Fee of $90.00 - a minimum hour of labor $110.00 and parts. None of there charges (most importantly the Call Out Fee) where ever discussed or mentioned when we booked the service. We tried to contact the owner to refund the Callout fee and he used his receptionist to relay the message that "nothing can be done" - terrible.
