I have been using Exotica Limo for the past 3 years and I must say Mo and Sid make my every occasion a memorable one. I hired Exotica Limo for my daughters Sweet Sixteen. I was expecting a stretch limo and received the Cadillac Escalade. Now that was "awesome" I can't begin to tell you how happy and memorable the ride and service was for my daughter and her friends that night. Derek was the driver for that evening and the service and respect that he provided for my daughters birthday was over and beyond what we asked for. My daughter was very happy not to mention her friends. We could not thank you enough for the memory.

They basically ruined my whole wedding day. Limo was filthy dirty and disgusting, air conditioning didn't work so we were all sweating buckets, the door had metal bits on it and ripped my dress. Limo driver was rude and to top it all off they charged us way more than the original quote but only told us when they came to pick us up after the wedding!! Warning DO NOT USE them spend the extra money and get a reputable and clean limo service.

Really bad customer service. Called because music wasn't working in the limo. Sid who answered the phone and claimed to be the owner was extremely rude. Had the driver pull over 30 minutes away from my house and threatened to kick us all out. It was minus 15 out and the police was going to take to long so we continued with the service. But it's fair to say it ruined the night and my friends birthday. Will never use them again. They also use multiple company names which is a huge red flag and I didn't know until after I have them the deposit. Here are the names.

Rented for my son's wedding. Driver 45 minutes late, no apology. Demanded full payment immediately, before providing service, and, it was discovered quickly why. Horrible sound system, so we had to use our own. Filthy. Inoperable toilet, disgustingly dirty, with no toilet paper provided, that smelled like an outhouse. No airconditioning. Driver had no idea where he was going, and drove us way out of our way, making the wedding party late for the reception, and he was given the location ahead of time. No bar, as that was broken as well. To say the least, the limo bus that was chose at the time of the booking, was not the product that we actually received. This business sucks!

hi sid, I used Exotica Limo to hire a limo for a 31st birthday I called office and the staff there really knew what they were doing and gave very good description of the cars / limos they had to offer.

The driver was very helpful and gave us his card just in case we wanted him to pick us up any earlier. I had a great deal much cheaper than other companies I tried and the limo was excellent we had bottles of champagne to drink whilst we travel to our destination. i'll recommend Exotica Limo and will be using them in the future for my wedding cars.
