This particular customer literally went a bit crazy. We verified everything was correct prior to receiving final payment, her house shifted due to weather, we adjusted the door two seasons in a row,. It is however not our responibility to continue making adjustments as a house shifts with weather. The install wasn't the problem the shifting of the house was. We tried to satisfy all of her requests even picked up furniture from the brick at no cost to her...not a fair review IMO we tried, but unless she fixes the structural integrity of her house the door will always have issue with the changing seasons all of this was explained on several occasions yet she still blamed us.

I hired this contractor to do small jobs for me , as I am a single woman on disability and I paid them in full by cash before the Installation was complete!(NEVER EVER HIRE A CONTRACTOR WHO ASKS FOR MONEY UP FRONT!!!)I made a VERY POOR JUDGEMENT!The front entrance door was not installed properly, nor was it completed!! The screen door was not installed properly either! It is still not completed!!! I have e-mailed them 3x and have still not heard any response. I trusted them and thought they were genuine people! This is not the case....I have been taken advantage of and as far as I and anyone who has seen the doors are concerned, I have been ripped off by this contractor! Taking legal action!!!
