I should have known from the first call, when Sean had to cut me off and said he would call me back "We are so busy". Must have forgotten. OK, I can handle that. I called back and set up appointment, which he was an hour late for "We are so busy". Have to give him credit, he did call to say he would be late. Gave me an estimate for the job (small Bath reno), which seemed reasonable, and said it would take a week to complete. Thats when things got bad. he asked for payment for material up front which was $2500 and now we were at his mercy. To make a long story short, the job ended up taking more than a month "We are so busy" and we had added nothing to the job. But the material cost just kept going up daily. He forgot this and found that he needed this. By the end we were up another $1000. More than a third the original price and 3 times the original time frame. Always late, if they show up at all and never had time to clean up after themselves at end of day. "We are so busy" By the smell of things the next day it seemed their first beer of the day was more important than sticking around to clean up.
I'll get to the point. Said they were but they are NOT - Drywallers, Tilers, Painters or Carpenters.
They ARE - Terrible estimators of time and material and in my opinion not very good plumbers.
Make sure and ask to see credentials. ie. Journeyman ticket. Im not sure they even have those.

I had an emergency just recently with my water main and needed a plumber right away and without hesitation shawn was there and took care of the situation very effectively. If you ever are in need of a plumber he is the man to call.

My Wife and I have been working with Shawn for years and never had any problems. I always recommend him to everyone I know, its a good felling when you know a good Plumber!

Seemed very pleasant on the phone and very helpful during set-up but after a week of delays, Shawn "forgot" about my installation time.

Failed to call last night to confirm today's installation.
Failed to call this morning, just brushed me off.
Failed to provide remediation and instead recommended I call another contractor.

Quite a bit of hassle for a very simple job.

I just loved working with Shawn, he was nice gentlemen and a pleasure to work with, I would recommended Shawn to all my friends!
