We had our wedding at Graydon Hall Manor last weekend and it was an absolute dream come true! The venue did not miss a beat and delivered everything. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the cocktails were top notch, the grounds were immaculate but our wedding would not have been as magical if it wasn't for our event manager Liane. We planned this wedding in less than 3 months and Liane was amazing every step of the way. However, on the actual wedding day, she was an absolute SUPERSTAR!!!! She did not miss a beat, handled everything with grace, kept us in the loop, paid attention to the details, ensured that my husband and I had food throughout the night. She ensured our guests had a good time, she helped wherever she could, and was always available if we needed anything. She exceeded every single expectation that we had and we could not be more grateful and thankful that she was our event manager! Our wedding at Graydon Hall was nothing short of spectacular. From the first time I got in touch with Marisa to the day of, everything was very smooth and professional. We had a lovely time at our tasting, and the food on the day of was exactly as promised. I would say that it was a little bit disappointing that prices did increase significantly from when we booked to when we had to pay, and having so many options for customization of our menu was a little bit overwhelming at times. In the end, you can tell that the staff at Graydon Hall are experts at what they do and we were not worried at all regarding the itinerary for the day, or if our vendors would work seamlessly together. Everything was a total breeze! Thank you so much.

We had our wedding at Graydon this July and have nothing but amazing things to say! The venue is stunning, food is delicious and service was impeccable. It is always so hard to please every guest, however Graydon did it! All our guests continue to talk about how amazing the service was and how at all times there was someone near to fill their water/ wine glass, clean their plate when they were finished or assist with something. We had to postpone our wedding a couple of times due to COVID, and Ashley was amazing at helping us navigate through all the challenges and still make our big day magical. They truly spent the time to share their expertise on how to coordinate the day. We can't wait to host another event here!

We recently had our wedding at Graydon Hall Manor. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and there is no denying that it provides an incredible setting for a wedding. We had been so excited to celebrate there and put a tremendous amount of thought, time, and money into creating our day.

Unfortunately, while the venue was beautiful, there were several aspects of the service and execution that left us disappointed, particularly given the calibre and price point of Graydon Hall.

There were a number of details we had specifically planned and discussed that did not happen as expected. Our champagne tower and black carpet were missing, despite being part of the plans for the day. Our bridal party was also denied drinks before walking down the aisle, which was frustrating and felt unnecessarily rigid during a moment that should have been celebratory and relaxed. They were allowed a maximum of 3 each and we had rented the venue for the entire day from 8 am.

We were also disappointed with the level of service throughout the evening. At this price point, we expected the experience to feel seamless and highly attentive, and unfortunately that was not consistently the case. We also never met our event manager on our wedding day, which was surprising given the amount of coordination leading up to the event. We had a different manager up until three days before the wedding where we were told that she had other plans.

One of the biggest disappointments came at the end of the night. When we asked about our leftover food around 1:30 a.m., we were told it would be packed up since it was barely touched. After hosting approximately 77 guests and paying the astronomical 45k food and beverage fee for the food for our wedding, it was not packed for us and this was incredibly frustrating and left us questioning what had happened to everything that remained.

I want to be fair in saying that Graydon Hall is a stunning property, and aesthetically it was everything we wanted. We also had wonderful vendors and planners who helped make our wedding incredibly special, and we have so many amazing memories from the day.

However, when choosing a luxury wedding venue, you are paying for more than a beautiful backdrop — you are paying for the service, attention to detail, communication, and execution that should come with it. Unfortunately, there were too many moments where that standard was not met for us.

We loved our wedding and would choose our day over again in a heartbeat, but based on our experience, I would encourage future couples considering Graydon Hall to be extremely detailed about their expectations, confirm every planned element in writing, and clarify ahead of time exactly how food, beverages, and end-of-night items will be handled as well as be prepared to be hit with many add ons for the price. What you see during the open house and tours includes tens of thousands of dollars of add ons.

From the moment my now husband Christian, and I walked into Graydon Hall Manor during their open house, we knew we had found the place where we wanted to get married. From day one, Riley was professional, organized, warm, outgoing, and genuinely one of the kindest people we have ever met. She made every meeting enjoyable and every question feel important. She worked seamlessly with our planners and vendors, thoughtfully designed our floor plans around our vision, and ensured every detail came together flawlessly. Riley is truly a gem at Graydon Hall Manor, and she made what could have been a stressful planning process feel exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. Then came our wedding day... and somehow Graydon Hall exceeded every single expectation. The entire day felt like something out of a dream. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was attentive, kind, professional, punctual, and incredibly organized. The bridal suite was beautifully prepared with a delicious breakfast for my bridesmaids and me, while the gentlemen were equally well taken care of with lunch in another area of the manor. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, allowing us to simply relax and soak in every moment.
The property itself is breathtaking. Every corner feels like it belongs in a fairytale. As the day unfolded, our guests couldn't stop commenting on how spectacular everything was. We heard over and over that they felt as though they had been transported to a European villa or were attending a wedding on a Hollywood movie set. The grounds, the gardens, the architecture, and the atmosphere are simply unmatched. And the food... where do we even begin? It was absolutely phenomenal. Truly some of the best food we and our guests have ever had at a wedding. To this day, people are still talking about every course. Combined with the impeccable service, it created an experience that our family and friends will never forget.
Graydon Hall Manor gave us the wedding of our dreams. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. If we could relive our wedding day a thousand times, we would choose Graydon Hall Manor every single time. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. A phone call inquiry on a last minute date opening turned into my dream wedding within 2 months. Shannon answered all my questions and all my emails with care and consideration with the ultimate goal to make my and my now husband's wedding dreams come true - and they did. The level of service was beyond my expectations. Our guests were surprised how beautiful the venue was and of the quality of the food, everyone was so pleased. Compared to all the other venue's we've visited, I would say this was the best food, aesthetic, and service we've seen from beginning to end. We attended a wedding in this elegant space. The grounds are beautiful, the service exquisite and the food delicious. What was not OK was the fact that the outdoor ceremony could be heard only by the people seated in the first few rows, as they are not allowed to use microphones! We were like watching a silent movie, instead of being live participants to the event.
Also, the dinner tables were arranged on the terasse, in two rows, as there is not much space indoors. Therefore, the view from your table is obstructed by the big trees in the middle of the seating area, and it is difficult to see more than the tables in your vicinity. In my opinion., Graydon Hall is a good venue for very small weddings, where people sitted in 2-3 rows only can hear the ceremony and maybe the tables can be arranged indoor, or on the terasse in a single row for an unobstructed view.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Graydon Hall Manor. From the moment we booked our wedding to the final dance, every detail was executed flawlessly.

As a wedding vendor (Floral Designer, Wildwood) I was blown away by Helaina and the whole team at Graydon Hall! Load in was super easy, organized and seamless. Helaina and her team were so kind, welcoming, helpful and organized, with the only kind of attention to detail you get from people that truly care about what they do! We all worked as one collective team to bring the event to life for our couple - even shifting one long table (after it was fully set) by a couple of feet just so it lined up perfect with everything else.

It was a dream to work with them and I heard the guest experience was out of this world too! Highly recommend!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Graydon Hall Manor. From the moment we booked our wedding to the final dance, every detail was executed flawlessly.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The gardens, historic estate, and elegant reception spaces created the most magical setting for our wedding day. Our guests are still telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve ever attended.

As a wedding vendor (Floral Designer, Wildwood) I was blown away by Helaina and the whole team at Graydon Hall! Load in was super easy, organized and seamless. Helaina and her team were so kind, welcoming, helpful and organized, with the only kind of attention to detail you get from people that truly care about what they do! We all worked as one collective team to bring the event to life for our couple - even shifting one long table (after it was fully set) by a couple of feet just so it lined up perfect with everything else.

It was a dream to work with them and I heard the guest experience was out of this world too! Highly recommend!

Our wedding at Graydon Hall was nothing short of spectacular. From the first time I got in touch with Marisa to the day of, everything was very smooth and professional. We had a lovely time at our tasting, and the food on the day of was exactly as promised. I would say that it was a little bit disappointing that prices did increase significantly from when we booked to when we had to pay, and having so many options for customization of our menu was a little bit overwhelming at times. In the end, you can tell that the staff at Graydon Hall are experts at what they do and we were not worried at all regarding the itinerary for the day, or if our vendors would work seamlessly together. Everything was a total breeze! Thank you so much.

We had our wedding at Graydon this July and have nothing but amazing things to say! The venue is stunning, food is delicious and service was impeccable. It is always so hard to please every guest, however Graydon did it! All our guests continue to talk about how amazing the service was and how at all times there was someone near to fill their water/ wine glass, clean their plate when they were finished or assist with something. We had to postpone our wedding a couple of times due to COVID, and Ashley was amazing at helping us navigate through all the challenges and still make our big day magical. They truly spent the time to share their expertise on how to coordinate the day. We can't wait to host another event here!
