My visit to your office today had a profound impact on me. I want to thank you for that, not just as a patient, but as a human being. I am always amazed that so many health care professionals are unaware of their ability to frighten people and even sometimes abuse their vulnerability. I did not expect to EVER encounter a dentist (of all people) and all of your staff to be so caring, so polite, so kind, so understanding. I was amazed by it and a bit overwhelmed by how moral and good my experience was. You are so gracious. I felt respected. I felt like a dignified human being. What you have in your approach is not merely professional. I would say that your soul is in your work. Thanks so much for providing a good experience for me.

My children used to hate going to the dentist. But switching to Bathurst Centre Dental Care has changed their attitude. The staff is so friendly and caring that whenever we leave the office, my kids are asking when the next visit will be.
