I would give them negative stars if it were possible. We paid for and booked the service only to be left stranded at the airport in Toronto. Our flight was delayed and when we got through customs we come to find out that the car we booked had left. I called them and the guy I spoke to we extremely rude. He told me the it wasn't their fault because they had other things that they had to do. So, it was our fault that the plane was delayed?? Or that we had to go through customs?? WE PAID YOU for a service, provide it! His solution was to send us another car that wouldn't be there for 30 minutes (ok that's fine), but then tried to tell me that we'd have to pay them again for that car!! Absolutely ridiculous!! STAY AWAY...Nothing but a bunch of rude scammers!!

I echo the above comments. They no-showed a reservation I'd booked through Groupon. They've made no restitution, and not returned any one of my 10 attempts to reach them via email, phone, and Facebook. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

Do not trust this company. There are scammers. I missed my flight because of them and they still wanted me to pay for limo service that I did not receive.
