I don't usually write reviews but feel this one is long overdue. I hired Paramount Last year initially for yard maintance and ended up hiring them for a huge landscape/ softscape job, which is still ongoing! Although I initially interacted with Niomi when I first called to inquire about services, she has always been pleasant and returns calls in a prompt manner. I have met the owner Doug a few times and he is also pleasant- the employee I have have 99.9 percent interactions with is Jeff Webb. Jeff is not only friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and maticulois, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He has dropped by our home, returned my phone calls no matter what time of day or night- even weekends to ensure our satisfaction. If I ever had a concern, he listened and made it right, no questions, he just gets it done. My experience has been a great one with Paramount and Jeff Webb and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends or anyone
needing a reference.

We hired Paramount Landscaping last year at the start of the summer season and have been using them for the last 11 months or so. Although the company is fairly new to us I would like to comment on how professional they are. Their team is very knowledgeable, their work is very detailed and their customer service and education for the customer is awesome. I have dealt with many contractors in my day and I love how professional they are. If you are looking for a better customer service, you will get what you pay for with this company.

Paramount landscaping is the worst landscaping company I've ever worked with. They did a terrible job installing my garden beds, including the use of what looks to be used materials and there is weeds growing everywhere after I had been told that landscaping fabric had been used. It has only been about 4 weeks since the work was done and my house looks like a mess. They cheaper out in every way possible.

We got a batch of bad grass as In was told after I hounded them. No one called us.It took a week for them to come and replace it but they only did half of the job. I have been calling. We will have to water forever. I cannot believe their lack of service. No one has apologized but they are wanted their money. I am waiting to hear from them. They act as though they are doing me a favour and their prices are not a bargain. The only thing I hear is a recording about how they are award winning. They must have wriiten their own reviews.

PDF. In full. - job not done - no communication. I get the woman on the phone telling me abruptly that are too busy to call back promptly - this is my problem? Hire enough staff!

Looks like a lot of great reviews - these must have been left by the people that were able to get them to take the job.

After several emails / phone calls attempting to get them to come out to give a quote, I finally gave up and did the work myself.

If they put so little effort into communicating with a potential customer - how committed are they to doing a quality job?

I found Doug and his associates to be very courteous and helpful when it came time to renovate my backyard. They do know what "works" to make the most of a landcape project!
I'll be using their services again next year for my front yard.

For the past 5 years I have had Paramount Landscaping take care of my mothers property as well as ours for both lawncare and snow removal. I have never had to approach them on any problems or timing issues. Even this year, which has been very quiet as far as snow accumilation, I see a truck pull up and check our driveway for ice or snow during every flurry or rain we have recieved. They make sure to keep my mother and my family safe even when not necessary. Thanks for all the hard work Paramount!

We recently had our backyard redone with a new patio garden and new sod. Doug and his crew were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and finished, in spite of the terrible rains we had, basically on time. We love our new backyard. We would recommend Paramount Landscaping to anyone. I have dealt with Paramount Landscaping for the last three years, they have done an exceptional job on my spring clean up and tree trimming. Doug makes sure that you are happy with the service. Irecommended them to my parents as well and my Mother is extremely fussy and Paramount Landscaping has lived up to her expectations. I highly recommend Paramount landscaping

I manage properties in the halton area and use Paramount Landscaping for some of my locations. They were referred to me through another property manager that I know. I started using them almost two years ago and to this day, my board of directors and I have been completely satisfied with their service. It makes my job much easier when you have a company that can satisfy everyone on the property.
