“This is great! ... I just thought that I would share this similar recent good fortune - until October 8th 08 I smoked a pack to a pack and a half a day (25 to 40 cigarettes a day) for 44 years!!! ... I had some sessions with Ivona one week prior to my last cigarette and a couple of sessions after and am no longer a smoker either ... Imagine the freedom I feel as a non-smoker!
I'm sooo thrilled being a non-smoker that anything I can do to let people know how instrumental you were in bringing that change about is good for me ... we ... all
