Had my car serviced in march it's a mazda 3. They sent me a quote for struts with alignment in job description. $606.00 with a transmission fluid changed(turned into flush). $89.00. When I get there Jason Jablonski. (Jabloni) said oh that quote is wrong, the %89 is for an alignment the transmission fluid job is $189. I said sorry here is your email quote that says other wise. He said its an automated email which is wrong. I pointed out I had had 4 of these emails and they have his name on the bottom.
Before a got mad enough to lay a beat down on him I said i'll pay for the alignment myself but that is it. He talked to a guy in back and said they will wave the transmission fluid cost but they won't honor the 10% coupon they gave me. At that point it wouldn't be good for me to stay there so I paid and left. the Job still cost $100 and change more than the quote. This is the third bad incident with these guys. When I had my warranty on the car they were scheduling maintenance every 5 months instead of every 4 months. I called Head office for Mazda and made them aware. As soon as my warranty was over after 3 years they of course finally started scheduling it every 4 months like I wouldn't notice. 1 out of 10 for Mazda kelowna, the car though it's selfe i give 9 out of 10

I bought a car here in the summer and had the worst service. I had called a week ahead of time and asked if they had the car I was looking for. The sales representative didn't have to do anything, and I came in the next week and bought the car. I felt rushed and was treatedly so badly when asked if I would be able to have floor mats thrown in. Most dealerships offer incentives etc. I never asked for money off or anything big.
When I was dealing with the financing I knew about a "new grad" rebate for university students. I brought along an original of my transcripts and signed all the paperwork. It has now been 16 weeks since I purchased the car and I have not received anything. When I called to see where the money was the finance manager was super rude and would not admit to losing my transcript.
I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER!
Buyers BEWARE.

Would not go anywhere else also they are price competitive with Canadian tire and so on.
