After looking around Scarborough and the east end of the city..I realized this was the best PRICE..not only that it was a clean location. lots of options for storage and the Staff are very friendly and helpful..I would recommend this location..my only complaint was the lack of lighting in each storage unit ..but I understand why this is not a option..it's a good storage cheaper than all the REST..you won't be disappointed..👌

I had a great experience at XYZ storage when visiting a friend a month ago. I was not even looking for storage. They asked me if I wanted coffee and were extremely pleasant. So because of that XYZ was the first on my mind. So I decided to rent. The deal and the the unit I got are just the best. honestly the text and emails I received were not invasive at all. I just have to say. The email with the link to sign up was smooth and easy.
Thank you XYZ
By XYZ Storage Scarborough on October 31, 2026
What a wonderful chain of events to hear about. From the coffee offer and friendly welcome to the smooth sign-up link, it sounds like the whole experience made renting feel easy and low-pressure. We’re especially happy that the texts and emails felt helpful without being invasive, that balance matters. It’s great to know the unit and deal were both a good fit, and we’ll keep doing our best to make that first impression count.
