Dropped my New van off 5 hrs they said I passed by after less than 3 hrs the Van was already parked outside hummmmmmm. When i came to pick it up I noticed the finger prints were still on the side door . The bottom of the Van was still all dirty, slid my finger across where they had sprayed it with what smelt like wd 40 . ALL IT DID WAS SHINE but far from cleaned .Decided to check the front seats , reached between seat and back pulled out a hand full of hair dirt crumbs .Showed the guy then checked the back seat rubber mats thrown on top of the wet floor .Opened up the back .Vaccummed NOTTT!!!!!! SIDE POCKETS WERE NOT WASHED, THE DIRT MARKS STILL ON THE BEIGE PLASTIC, HAIR AND FLUFF AND ALL THE STUFF A CAR PICKS UP STILL THERE .The final icing on the cake was I has asked them to pull up the back seats that fold into the floor and vaccum and clean them NOT TOUCHED AT ALL. THEY TOOK 20.00 OFF THE BILLL WOW .So now after all that I will have to clean it myself .If you do not mind giving your hard earned money away GO AHEAD BUT DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED. I repeatedly tried to call them as they rushed me off as fast as they could so the other customers couldnt hear. They will not answer !!!

I am glad that I read these reviews before heading over for a car wash. I paid for full service, wax, sealant, etc. I stood and watched and NONE of the lights lit up to show me that is what was being applied to my car. When I went to pay I said that none of the things I wanted done were actually done, no explanation, no "sorry", she just adjusted the price to take those extras off my price. It must be under new ownership as I never had this issue before. Be careful and watch what you pay for is actually what they do.

Paid $23.75 for the full service including all the other features availabile. Within 5 minutes my car was out after the service. It was the same condition or a bit worse than before I would say because they just water the mats and put them back without even wiping it, so it's gonna be more worse..... I came home after the service and my family started teasing me after seeing the condition. I went back again to inform and again they took it in and within 2 mins it was out with the same result.
Just money making service.... No professionalism at all.... Waste of money. I won't recommend it to anyone. Even if they charge $5, I won't go there....

Very poor vacuum job, looks like it wasn't even done. I asked for full service and the guy checked polish too, I noticed it and told him and he didn't seem happy. Maybe that's why I got a bad cleaning. The girls on the other side however did a good job with the windows. Matt's were soaked and dirty. Mirrors still had bugs on it. My front licence plate was still dirty. I would recommend this place unless they dropped the price.

Took my car. It is $19. Mats are just passed on water, but not cleaned. Found a lot of dirt still inside the car. In the boxes of the door I still found candies, etc.
NOT RECOMMENDED. It will be cheaper to use a gas station wash, and vaccum yourself.

This place is great. We use them all the time. For $16.50 they will vacuum the interior of your car (including lifting the mats and getting deep under the seats), put it through the wash and towel dry it to a sparkle. Its great! They also have full detailing packages where they shampoo the carpets, clean the windows, and even clean all the gross stuff in the cup holder!!! Last time we went they even found my lost IPod wedged under one of the seats... I lost it like 4 months earlier... I thought it was gone forever!!!
