Great event last night - it was very well set up and organized. I think we've already picked out three vendors so that's less to think about now.

Melissa was very helpful and the bartending manager (sharp dressed guy with the Panerai watch) really knew what he was doing and I'm convinced now to have a couple of signature cocktails.

You both did a wonderful job answering all of our questions (even if we had previously asked or if they were a little odd) and providing us with all of the information we needed.

I have been a bridesmaid several times - but never a bride (sniff, sniff) LOL.

However, the one venue that has forever made a lasting impression on me is the Eglinton Grand.

The Eglinton Grand is an art-deco masterpiece. It is reminiscent of the Golden Age of Hollywood. It just oozes with glamour.

Even though it wasn't my wedding, I felt like a princess there.

My friend had only complimentary things to say about the wonderful staff. In all of my interactions with them, they were the epitome of class and professionalism.

The food was absolutely fantastic, and several levels above standard catering. It was definitely restaurant quality gourmet fare.

I would love to have my wedding reception there one day, but I would feel guilty about "copying" my friend. She wouldn't object, but I think she may feel a bit weird about it.
