I called when I received a “Notice to Respond”. I had not been able to provide the right documentation that the IRS wanted and I was afraid that the IRS would take aggressive action. I listen to their service, I followed their instructions and waited for Titan Tax Relief’s call with any updates. I was updated frequently on my case and what was needed of me. If only the IRS had been this easy to work with. After providing my documentation, my total liability came down to ZERO. I am just happy to have put this behind me.
