The first time I visited the site I was impressed with the site and the equipments... the fact that it is heated in winter makes it my first preference.

You must have done it yourself because this is what happened to me! I took my car to Midland car wash on 1566 Midland Ave. in Scarborough, Ontario. I asked the tech there Nicholas Taylor to clean the seats and interior. He said he could get it clean COMPLETELY CLEAN FOR $100 PLUS TAX. He then told me he could do the exterior for $50 more. I said do it and be careful of the paint since it just came directly from the body shop. When I returned the interior was dirty, the new paint was rubbed off the rear bumper ( probably from a hose). The seats were still noticeably dirty( I have children) and the exterior had dirt and tree sap. I asked the same tech to make it good. He spent a few minutes on the exterior to remove tree sap said he couldn't clean the seats and had the nerve to say that I was unappreciative. He then said the tree sap was extra and charged me $20 more. I went to another detailer who cleaned the seats completely for a lot less and gauranteed it clean or I didn't have to pay! Stay away from Midland Car Wash. They are a rip off and will damage your car also!
