They sent in a new caregiver every day for my mom, it's like a new person every day. Some of them did not know what they were really doing, and were not as friendly as I would expect. I'm not surprised though, because they pay their personal support workers only $12 an hour, and we're paying over $20 an hour for this "care."
Will be switching providers for sure.

Our elderly parents needed assistance that we were not always able to provide. AHH were called upon and while it took a while to find the right person they were comfortable with, they are very pleased. Recommend but be patient and work with them to find the right caregiver.

Amy's sent people to work with my mom. Everyday was a new caregiver, none were familiar with her situation. She had to spend time everyday telling them her story. Amy never even met my mother.

I am thoroughly pleased with the services of Amy's Helping Hands. Amy was attentive to detail in the assessment and our caregiver is awesome. My mom has a new lease on life. I am no longer stressed out trying to care for my mom and we can now spend quality time together. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring some additional assistance with their parents.
