Omg the workers there dont provide customer service, the store has so much dust that it's worse then value village that i get an allergic reaction. I wanted to spend $500 for new clothing but no one wants to help me so i left the store with just a scarf so thats their loss, like how do you want to make money if theres no customer sevice. omg its not like you had 20 people in the store, there was just 3 customers but there was like 4 employees on the floor. I give that store 1 year before they close down

This store is a total mess. Employees are more interested in talking on the phone and each other, than working or helping customers. I don't even know if they would have noticed me in the store had I not asked for help. I left as I was made to feel like I was interrupting.
I will never go back!!!
No deal is worth this kind of horrible service.

They are the the most unfriendly & unhelpful Associates! Honestly I tried to even get an opinion from one & she hurriedly brush me off as if I couldn't afford it anyway. Went to another store &spent my money there. Won't ever go back to to the store!

I shoppred at this outlet store yesterday. Yes it was way out of my neighbourhood, as I am from the Niagara Region. But I came home with 2 pairs of shoes, two shirts, a skirt, and a Blazer all for just under $130!!! Thank you so much for the amazing Friends and Family Deals!! Helps a girl with a limited income!!

I just love this store, price wise it is the best decision anyone can make. They have a wide selection of cloths, shoes- my favorite and it is not as mess... as your everyday outlet store. You will love the layout of the store and the professionalism displayed by the staff is outstanding. Love that it is right in my neighborhood, I visit there mostly on my way to do my grocery; can't go wrong on that!

My work is just around the corner from this outlet, so I stopped in the other day to look around. First of all, the place is HUGE!!! Clothing is departmentalized by classy to casual and most of it is colour-coded. Everything is much cheaper than in-store locations and there's also a great accessory selection - my weakness! I ended up getting a bracelet, two pairs of earrings, a scarf and some sunglasses for about $30. Not bad! I would definitely bring some girlfriends shopping here!
