Over the Rainbow aims to facilitate parents in enabling the growth of their children as well as building their capacity in reaching their long-term goals. We focus on a family's strengths, resiliency and priorities from the earliest point of contact through transition and follow-up. OTR is also an ECS PUF provider that builds child specific teams and works within an educational environment to provide supports. OTR also offers private services. Professional supports may include: Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Psychology, Behaviour Consultation, Relationship Development Intervention, & Physiotherapy. Read more
