I am VERY disappointed with the service I have received with Pacific-Plumbing! Their hourly rate is $95.00/hour (plus material) and they charged me $135.00/hour (plus material) and then changed the bill to read $125.00/hourly. They over-charged me by $30.00. When I had called to question their billing amount the woman said she would call me back and never did. I agreed to $95.00/hourly rate not $125.00! PLUS the plumber was only at my house from 1:29pm-1:55pm! Should this not be pro-rated? ?? I would not recommend this company to anyone.
