I have been in every cigar shop in Calgary over the past 20 years and Ziggaren is by far the best!! Joseph is very knowledgable and in no way pushy. The cigars are never dry and joseph will often hand check every one to make sure it will draw properly. Wonderful!!

This store is fantastic, the service and help ive recieved is the reason i keep going back!
My first experience in the store and not being regular cigar smoker, I was un-sure what type of cigar i should be looking to enjoy, the owner took me into the walk in humidor, and basically asked me how much i smoke, to pair up with like beer,wine, coffee , etc and he suggusted me a few mild cigars to start to not get put off by the strength and to not waste my money etc on cigars as he put it "Blow my head off". And it was his time and considation to help me that ive become a freqent customer and still after many visits receive the same level of service.
Truely worth your time to go there if your interested in cigars!

This is a shop I knew I had to check out after reading about it online, great selection. The shops owners refused to upsell me on the most expensive cigars like other shops do. I was given great help for what I was looking for. I must have had at least 10 or more in my box to purchase instead of trying to sell me on everything I picked the person helping me in the walkin humidor told me the availability of each cigar and asked me if I wanted to put any back. This was a huge helping hand for me so I knew what I was going to purchase. If your looking for a great cigar shop with awesome help I highly recommend checking this shop out if you haven't already. This is defiantly one of my new favorite shops. Extremely knowledgeable staff and an even better help. Check it out and you'll be verry happy you did, I felt like it was my first time in a cigar shop all over again. I'll defiantly be a returning customer.

My friend and I saw the store while driving down McLeod on our way back home from Chinook, and went in just out of curiosity. We don't smoke cigarettes but love to smoke good cigars once in a while. We were gonna kinda test the sales person there to see how much they know about cigars, cuz honestly, a lot of people who sell cigars know nothing about them! But we ended up learning so much from this guy, Joseph. They had, by far, the biggest selections in town and it just felt so heavenly just being inside their walk-in humidor! If anyone’s looking for a nice cigar to enjoy this summer, gotta try this store!
