The accountant is great, Julie the secretary on the other hand takes advantage of the elderly. My mom went to her with a completed application with one question about it, Julie wrote down exactly two words and four numbers (my moms banking information). When I called to inquire how much they normally charge for the FULL application to be completed, she dodged the question. I then told her that it was wrong of her to charge my mom that amount of money for a completed form that was missing one part. She proceeded to tell me, "I am not here to be judged, I get paid for my time whether it is complete or not lady". If you are in the area, go to Albion mall instead; they fill out forms for free and charge only $25 for personal taxes.

Karam has done my taxes for me for the last 8 years. He is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend him. I go to Etobicoke each year to see him and he always makes time to fit me in to his schedule and he always gives me the best advice!
