Horrible customer services with a sprinkle of LIARS in sales. They convinced me to pay for all my appliances in full with a guarantee that I will be getting them in one month. I made payment in December 2020 and they assured me I will be getting it by the end of January 2021. They pushed the delivery date to February then March and as of today(March 16) they said June 2021. Nobody follows up with you to let you know they have changed the delivery date. I am currently living with 4 babies and no stove. Trust me everything there tell you is complete nonsense/liars and once payment has been made they basically have no clue on delivery. Order from a different store and save yourself the stress.

After failing to deliver a functioning or damage free oven for the fourth time we were forced to contact Kitchen Aid directly. Goeman’s customer service was only interested in scheduling the next pick up. Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Clearly I am guilty of expecting something from Goeman’s that they are incapable of providing. No one took responsibility for the situation they put us in. No one apologized, however Brett the store manager did offer us $20 off a microwave. They have a great selection, but I recommend buying from somewhere else.

These people had zero interest in anything other than getting your money, I won't buy a band aid from than if I was bleeding to death.
I purchased their warranty package, was layed to about how it works and was not able to use the unused value as promised to purchase another product.

Put you wallet away and run.
