Bought a $10,000 range and it did not work properly from Day one. Many repair ppl a lot of so called solutions but none could not fix it. Lots of ppl saying the right things but really don't care about customer service. When looking for new appliances stay away!!!

I bought a grill at TA. There were missing parts in the box. I contacted TA and was told that I have to deal with the manufacturer's warranty and it is now my problem. They sell the same grills as big box stores. These stores will take back defective merchandise, but TA appliances will not. Do not take a chance, stay away. In addition if you ever need help from them after you paid, the staff is snarky, rude, and completely unreliable.

We bought a grill and realized we didn't need it, tried to return it still new in the box and was told WE had to pay them a restocking fee! Nice customer service! I will now tell all friends DO NOT buy from this store! Inlaws just bought a fridge, they will be returning it and going elsewhere! Good luck T and A!
