I would not use this company for further services. I had used them in the past but this time I was very disappointed. I made an appointment, waited for 2 weeks only for them not to show up. I called to ask what happened and the office person was rude, not helpful and pretty much hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone that could explain why there was no record of the appointment I booked. There was no looking into it, no apology for the mix up and no offer of an explanation. Some basic customer service would have been appreciated and expected. I want to deal with businesses that appreciate and want my business--not ones that clearly don't care whether they get it or not.

Terrible service - promised service for this morning - no one showed up. Phoned at noon and was assured someone would be here this afternoon. Phoned at 6:30 and given a lame excuse - trucks broke down and we were super busy. All that was needed was honesty - admit there are issues so someone can get on with their day. Would never use this company - service is everything and they couldn't even bother to be honest or phone waiting customers to advise them of the situation. I only gave one star to allow the post - I would give them no stars :(
