I have come to the conclusion that restaurant reviews are not always true and it is somewhat easy to read between the lines of the reviewers, some are ligitimate but others are very lets say degradeing. after reading the reviewers coments here and also something very similar on another site. and reading the comment from Wentworths and the owerers of the restauant , I can draw my own conclusions to her situation and that on this review she left out detail of any beverages consumed however there was responce from her restaurant that clearly is more consistant in story. The Restaurant has camera footage and seems silly that the reviewer would want to challenge this . the alcohol licence holder does become judge and jury of their establishement, and of course no one wants to be told that he or she can not have another beverage. I am sure many of us has heard this to ourselves or another person perhaps. Smart serve is a program that is required by all owners, managers and people that work in the restaurant industry. They are registered with the government of Ontario as trained and is a legal contract that they become aware of the signs of intoxication and the amount of drinks one can consume
