I always and for a long time bought my vitamins from Nutraways. It used to be friendly and price wise quite competetive.
Now for the last few years I find that the people working in Nutraways not caring about the customer and treating them with indifference. Quite few times I asked for a product and each time it took them 2 weeks to get me a phone call to get this product. I found it not acceptable and the owner with the manager of each store should adress the problem pronto.
At this rate I am afraid that you would loose customers.
