This summer we purchased a new line of pool from them an on ground pool from this business,if we were wiser we would have went elsewhere. They have told us they are new to selling this type of pool , if that is the case, dont treat the customer like a guinea pig to your new product. Daren, the owner never returns calls, we had concerns regarding the steps we had purchased and calls were never returned he was always too busy. We were told to cut some of the base of the stairs so they would fit better against the coving in our pool! His staff is not very knowledgeable. I would not purchase another pool from this place there are plenty of others to chose from. If you want a good business, treat your customers who spent a lot of money , with some basic service needs.
