As I didn't know anyone who knew any plumbers, I had to go at the research myself. The problem is finding reviews on line to make the decision easier. I made many phone calls to many plumbers in my search, only to be given too many "non committal" and "broad" answers, until I called Master Rooter.

The receptionist/booking staff, Bree, was friendly and very customer service orientated. I explained my plumbing problem and she took the time to explain their "billing" process and she advised a technician would call back. Being skeptical after hearing that from other companies (and having to call back 3 times), I was very happy when I received a phone call by the end of the day from a technician, Paul. Paul was very helpful and asked relevant questions and did not attempt to provide the typical "broad non committal" quote.

The day my appointment, I received the heads up call of the technician as requested and promised from Bree and another when the technician was delayed at his earlier appointment. The technician, Raj, that showed up was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Despite the busy and less desirable "rainy" day out, he was efficient, friendly and professional.

I am very happy with the service and courtesy received and will refer them to any future clients. Thanks for making my experience such a positive one.

Regards,
