My husband and I got married Aug 7, 2010 at Wooden Sticks. Everything about our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. Wooden Sticks was awesome to work with right from the moment we booked with them until 2:30 am when our wedding was all over. Heather Cotie, the wedding planner there was extremely helpful, friendly and energetic. She got everything done so productively and without getting stressed. I probably emailed her about 100 times in the month before the wedding, and every single time she got back to me within a couple hours - no joke - with a detailed answer. Our food and wine tasting was great, and they made sure that we got everything we wanted, even designed a custom buffet to fit our needs. Our rehearsal which Heather ran, went very smoothly and she made everyone feel very comfortable. The staff - servers, bar, etc at Wooden Sticks on the day of our wedding were friendly and so helpful. I felt like everyone there went above and beyond in order to make our day a success. I would recommend Wooden Sticks to anyone. Another great thing was that unlike many other gold courses, at Wooden Sticks, you are the only wedding happening there on your wedding day. There were no other weddings there when we were there, and that is always the case at Wooden Sticks. (Even on a Saturday in August!!) I'm not a big fan of huge golf courses, that are kind of like "wedding factories" as my husband likes to call them, and Wooden Sticks is not like that at all. The new reception hall is beautiful and their outdoor ceremony site doesn't even need decorating it is so gorgeous. THANK YOU SO MUCH HEATHER AND WOODEN STICKS, everything truly was perfect.

We stayed in the cabins for one night, 2 rounds of golf, and four meals. We were very happy with everything. Friendly staff, good food, great golf.

If I had a suggestion to make it would be to lengthen some of the par 4's on the front nine. Especially #2, #7. Everyone likes to hit driver, but there are three holes on the front, which u have to hit hybrid off the tee.

Great Time!!!!

The party was excellent. The venue was beautiful,the food was delicious,the drinks were tasty & the band played on. Heather Cotie was very helpful with the coordination & preparation of the event and worked hard the whole evening together with her two associates Michelle & Mary. The party guests had a great time & the Birthday Girl thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I would highly recommend the Sticks to anyone looking to put together an event. A first class job. Thankyou.
