I called to speak to the owner because the bed I am purchasing from here they are charging me more than a next place I seen with the same bed but with a better price I called to get my deposit back and he refuses to give it back to me told me to come in to talk to him and stated he would be in all day the day he told me to come I drove all the way from Toronto even gave away my shift to show up at the store for him not to be there I was told come back in 15 mins and I did and he still wasn't back then they told me he's with his account he'll be back in 45 mins if you knew you had a meeting why make plans with someone and tell them to come in wasted my time so I started getting ignorant in the store worst customer service ever I will defiantly not be back after I purchase my bed . They even delivered a table to my friend and didn't bring it upstairs to where it belongs and she told the man her husband wasn't home and she's pregnant and they told her they didn't care for her to deal with it cause they have other delieveries

My experience was great - the product was a perfect fit and it was delivered quickly. Communication was good - I can't think of any suggestions for making it better at this point.

Employees are rude and unreasonable and the shop owner is THE WORSE! He will promise you and LIE to you with his double standards just to make the sale. He'll be polite and will tell you that everything will go accordingly, but once he gets the deposit he's gonna keep stalling from the actual promised date of delivery.
EVEN IF you make a mistake of spending your money at this shop, make sure that your furniture is in good condition and DO NOT FORGET THE WARRANTY. These guys just wanna make a quick buck without any kind of care or respect for their customers.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The owner is a disgusting human who will do anything to sell products. Bought a Twin bed frame and box spring. First off I purchased this a week before I picked it up! When I went to go pick it up half my order wasn't there. So the old man stuffed my box spring in my car and said go buy spring at the dollar store cause I can't help and says come tomorrow for the headboard. Umm I live in Mississauga it's not that easy! So he offered 10 dollars for the trouble. So I get the headboard and get it home only to find that the headboard and frames don't connect !!!! So after phone calls and promises that he would.come bring me a new headboard he decides to tell me just to bring everything back for a refund. He gives me ONE DAY to do this plus tells me the 10 that he gave me I need to give it back ?! You gotta be kidding! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!!!! You will regret it !

Its been great dealing with them. There prices are reasonable and they can custom build any couch. Just loved the service and quality of the furniture.

my wife and me went to many stores around that area .
but to my surprise this store beside brick was a place I loved everything.
ANDY the sales man is amazing , he did not PUSH us to buy this or that and instead he was the first one to really talk about the products quality construction and gave us helpful decision making knowledge.

bought living room set and started to crack and peel within 8 months. been given run around and false promises for over5 months. doesn't even deserve 1 star

bought a leather couch set for a 1000 only four months later the leather is peeling and cracking. refuses to do anything about it

My advice is never to buy a futon from them because the mattress's are garabage. and they won't do anything for you.
